Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the noise from the street was quite bothersome, especially at night. We also faced suboptimal ventilation in our room despite the fan and air-conditioning. Lastly, a barking dog and various disturbances added to an uncomfortable environment during our five-night stay.

The charming Mexican decor brought warmth to our stay, making us feel at home with its colorful tiles and cozy atmosphere, all while being just steps from the beach, easy for senior visitors to navigate.

The staff is fantastic,, they really went out of their way to help me with everything from check-in to making sure my caught fish was stored safely while I explored the area. I enjoyed a great view from the roof garden, it's one of those spots where you just sit back and soak it all in, yeah.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth it for the experience.

Cute boutique hotel with an authentic Mexican vibe. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, especially Alejandra during check-in, who offered excellent local tips. The fishing experience was great too. after my trip, they kept my catch cool and directed us to a restaurant that cooked it perfectly. The location on 5th Avenue provided easy access to the beach, just a short walk away. The rooftop area had a lovely view but lacked enough cozy seating. The room could've used blackout curtains as the early morning light was bright. Noise from the street was prominent at night. I wouldn't recommend this for those sensitive to sound. Only a sheet on the bed seemed odd, but it wasn't uncomfortable. The colorful Mexican tiles and design created a warm atmosphere, which I enjoyed. It generally offered good value but lacked some basic amenities like an in-room phone or more seating options in common areas.

It was just a smart choice for a short stayover in Playa del Carmen with great value-to-price ratio. The coffee served at breakfast was exceptional and something I looked forward to each morning. Make sure to check out the rooftop for a nice view of the ocean.

My partner and I enjoyed a five-night stay in a King Room, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The onsite restaurant served the most delicious tacos and authentic Mexican dips—don't miss it! Perfect for those wanting a blend of relaxation and adventure.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They held onto my bag all day while I explored. Later, they stored my fish catch in the fridge. The restaurant offered great meals. I appreciated the clean, comfortable room.

The rooftop patio offers stunning sunset views and the comfy King Room was perfect for me and my partner! We loved the close proximity to the beach for all that sun! Cheers to an authentic hacienda vibe that made our stay nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to chill by the beach!
